Our funds
Four funds, one purpose
We give through four dedicated funds. You don't choose
between a loan and a grant when you apply — send one request, and we'll determine the best form of
support with you. Every approved application can receive up to a $2,000 interest-free
loan or a $500 direct grant.
Request Help
Fund 01
Emergency Hardship Fund
Supports individuals and families hit by a sudden medical emergency, injury, or family crisis
that leaves them with costs they can't cover — hospital or dental bills, urgent care, or the
immediate expenses that follow an unexpected loss.
Through an approved application, you may receive up to a $2,000
interest-free loan or a $500 direct grant.
Fund 02
Disaster Relief Fund
Helps people recover after a fire, flood, storm, or other disaster that has damaged their home
or forced them to leave it — covering essentials like temporary housing, repairs, and replacing
what was lost.
Through an approved application, you may receive up to a $2,000
interest-free loan or a $500 direct grant.
Fund 03
Federal Employees Assistance Fund
Provides emergency, interest-free loans to full-time and part-time federal civilian and postal
employees who have completed at least one year of service and are facing a genuine financial
hardship. Funds may go toward rent or mortgage, utilities, funeral costs, out-of-pocket medical
bills, or emergency travel and temporary lodging after a disaster. Funds are not for credit card
balances or student loans.
Through an approved application, you may receive up to a $2,000
interest-free loan or a $500 direct grant.
Fund 04
Children & Family Services Fund
Reflecting the Foundation's long-standing focus on children, families, and social services,
this fund supports parents and caregivers facing hardship — from childcare and school needs to
the everyday costs that keep a family stable through a difficult stretch.
Through an approved application, you may receive up to a $2,000
interest-free loan or a $500 direct grant.
Our ability to make loans and grants depends on available funding.
